The Challenge: To scale a wellness brand from concept to a fully operational physical franchise, requiring a seamless integration of visual identity, spatial design, and service delivery standards.
1. The Approach: 360° Brand & Spatial Design
I led the visual direction for the brand, translating the digital identity into physical reality.
- Retail Design: Designed the layout, interior logic, and customer flow for two physical flagship locations, ensuring the atmosphere matched the brand promise.
- Brand System: Created a comprehensive brand style guide to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from signage to marketing collateral.
2. Operational Architecture & Leadership
Design extends beyond visuals; it includes how a business functions.
- Team Management: Recruited, trained, and managed a cross-functional team of 15 employees, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Process Optimization: Audited and restructured internal workflows. I implemented new procedures for bookkeeping and financial overviews, significantly reducing administrative errors and increasing financial transparency.
3. Growth & Strategic Partnerships
To drive revenue and brand authority, I moved beyond standard marketing.
- B2B Collaboration: Partnership strategy with local luxury hotels, establishing exclusive in-room treatment collaborations.
